The number the bike listings do not show you

Accessories are simple: $5.99 under $50, free at $50 and above, 3–4 business days either way. Bikes are a different product entirely, and the price on the card is not the price. Shipping is charged separately at $40 standard or $70 expedited for a small bike, $130 or $200 for a large one — and the policy never defines where small ends and large begins, so the freight on a bike sits somewhere in a $40–$200 band you cannot resolve before checkout.

Three details worth knowing before you order

The warranty only follows a direct purchase. ROCKBROS gear is widely sold through marketplaces, and the warranty page is explicit that its two-year cover applies to purchases made on rockbrosbike.us — buy the same item elsewhere and the policy tells you to consult that seller instead. If the warranty is part of why you are choosing this brand, where you buy it is what activates it, and that is a genuine argument for the direct store over a cheaper marketplace listing.

The policy pages carry template artefacts. The warranty text ends by saying cover may be void if repairs are attempted without authorisation from Tenways — a different company's name, left in the document. The refund policy grants European Union customers a 14-day cooling-off period, on a store whose shipping policy serves the contiguous United States only. Neither affects what you pay and neither is evidence of bad faith, but both suggest the paperwork was adapted from templates rather than written for this store, so read the clause that matters to you rather than assuming the document was drafted around this business.

Helmets, and the certification the listings do not mention

This catalogue includes helmets from $75.99 to $96.99, kids' helmets and children's bikes — protective equipment, which is why this page carries a safety notice. We loaded two helmet product pages directly. Both describe lighting modes, adjustable fit, battery capacity, ventilation and weight. Neither states a safety certification.

To be precise about what that does and does not mean: it is an absence in the published product information, not a finding about the helmets themselves, and certification detail often lives on the label or in the manual rather than the listing. But head protection is the one category where you should not infer. Positive reviewers describe a catalogue deep enough to find parts for specific bikes, prices they consider fair, and support that replaced a package destroyed in transit without argument. Negative reviewers describe listings that did not make clear what was in the box — one describes buying a light and finding the mounting hardware shown in the instructions was not included — and slow replies. The company answers critical reviews publicly, which is more than many stores in this category do. Sixty reviews is a thin base for a brand this size, so read the profile yourself rather than taking any summary, ours included, as sufficient.

Who this actually suits
