What you actually buy
Monthly or annual subscriptions tiered by social accounts, workspaces and users — from 5 accounts on Standard to 25 accounts with unlimited workspaces and users on Agency Unlimited.
Good fit if
- Agencies managing several clients: Agency Unlimited includes unlimited workspaces, unlimited users and white-label options at a published price
- Solo creators and small teams consolidating scheduling, inbox and analytics for up to 11 networks into one subscription
- Anyone who wants to try before paying — a 7-day trial with no card, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers, both stated by the vendor
- Evergreen and bulk workflows: CSV bulk scheduling and content recycling are included rather than sold as add-ons
Worth knowing first
- Monthly billing carries a 40–53% premium over the annual rate — Standard is $29 against $19, Advanced $69 against $49, Agency $139 against $99
- The homepage cites '4.7 from 25,000+ reviews on Capterra and G2'; loaded directly on 13 August 2026, those two platforms showed 674 and 355 reviews respectively
- AI text, image and video credits are metered per plan and subscriptions auto-renew by default, per the vendor's terms
- The recurring criticism in Capterra's own pros-and-cons summary is posting failures and glitches — worth weighing for time-sensitive publishing
What customers rate it
Read directly from each platform on the date shown — never from a search snippet. Every project in this directory has its rating published, favourable or not.
- 4.2/ 5
Trustpilot · 6 reviews
Claimed profile since June 2026. All six reviews are five-star and unprompted, but none were posted in the last 12 months, which is why the TrustScore sits at 4.2 despite that. Too small a base to weigh on its own.
Read the reviews yourself - 4.6/ 5
G2 · 355 reviews
Claimed profile. Breakdown: 275 five-star, 73 four-star, 3 three-star, 0 two-star, 4 one-star. G2's review summary highlights ease of use and scheduling automation, and names the mobile app as the common gripe.
Read the reviews yourself - 4.7/ 5
Capterra · 674 reviews
The largest base. Breakdown: 490 five-star, 163 four-star, 16 three-star, 2 two-star, 3 one-star; sentiment 97% positive. Reviews are mostly non-incentivized with a minority labelled as incentivized, which Capterra discloses per review. Its pros-and-cons summary names posting failures and glitches as the recurring negatives.

Trustpilot states that it does not fact-check reviews. Scores are self-selected sentiment, not audited measurement — read them as a signal, not a verdict.

The numbers worth computing
The exit terms are better documented than most in this category. First-time subscribers get a 30-day money-back guarantee from the first paid date. After that, the terms state no refunds for unused portions of annual plans — with one humane exception: a forgotten renewal reported within 7 days may be refunded for that cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled first, from account settings or by email. And the pricing page states plainly that there is no free-forever plan and no lifetime deals.
What is actually included
- Publishing to 11 networks: Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Threads and Telegram
- A content calendar with multi-channel scheduling, CSV bulk upload and evergreen content recycling
- A unified inbox for comments and DMs across connected accounts
- Analytics with competitor benchmarking, plus social listening
- AI caption, image and video generation, metered by monthly credits that scale with the tier
- Approval workflows and white-label options aimed at agencies
- A separate API plan at $15/month with 3,000 requests, sold independently of the main tiers
The homepage claim, checked against the platforms it names
ContentStudio's homepage displays a 4.7 rating attributed to '25,000+ reviews on Capterra and G2'. We loaded both platforms the same day. Capterra showed 4.7 from 674 reviews; G2 showed 4.6 from 355. That is 1,029 reviews combined — the score matches, the count does not, and the page does not say where 25,000 comes from.
Worth being fair about what this means: the underlying ratings are genuinely strong, with large-enough bases and overwhelmingly positive sentiment — 97% positive on Capterra, mostly non-incentivized reviews. The product did not need the bigger number. But a checkable claim that does not check out is exactly the kind of thing this site exists to note, so both figures are published here and you can weigh them yourself.
What customers say
Capterra: 4.7 from 674 reviews — 490 five-star, 163 four-star, 21 at three stars or below — with sub-scores of 4.5 for ease of use, 4.8 for value for money and 4.6 for customer service. G2: 4.6 from 355. Trustpilot: 4.2 from just 6 reviews, all five-star and unprompted, none in the last 12 months — too thin to weigh. All read on 13 August 2026.
The themes are unusually consistent across platforms. Praise: ease of use, scheduling automation, time saved, and value relative to Hootsuite-class pricing. Criticism: Capterra's own pros-and-cons summary names 'posting limitations and failures' and 'frequent glitches and reliability concerns' as the negative themes, and G2's summary points at the mobile app. For a tool whose whole job is posting on time, that specific complaint pattern is the one to test during the trial: connect your busiest account and watch whether scheduled posts land.
Who this actually suits
Agencies are the clearest fit: unlimited workspaces and users at a published $99/month annual rate undercuts most named competitors, and white-label plus approval workflows are included. Solo creators fit on Standard if five account slots cover their networks. Who should look elsewhere: anyone who needs a free tier — the vendor states it does not offer one — and anyone whose publishing is so time-critical that the glitch complaints in the review base are disqualifying. The 7-day no-card trial plus the 30-day first-subscription guarantee make this a low-risk product to answer that question with directly.
